Best of Augusta--Your Ballot, Your Bash

Augusta Magazine readers greatly anticipate the opportunity each year to select the who's who (and new) of Augusta-the city's best food, shopping, entertainment, media and more. With more than 90 categories, readers vote on everything from best Italian restaurant to best local TV personality, from best late-night spot to best view of the city.

This is truly the people's poll as the winners are chosen solely by the largest number of votes. While there are repeat winners every year, there are also plenty of surprise winners, and upsets too. And further proof that every vote counts is the fact that candidates often win by less than a handful of votes.

Voting for Best of Augusta is not only your chance to make yourself heard, but it is also an opportunity to give recognition to some of the little-known, out-of-the-way gems that make Augusta unique. It might be the restaurant that always gives you great service, that cafˇ with the irresistible coffee or that car wash that puts the extra shine on your tires. Give them your vote and the recognition you feel they deserve.

This Augusta tradition grows each year in both participation and anticipation. The ballot will appear in three issues-the souvenir Masters issue (April), the Home and Garden issue (May) and the June/July issue. Simply pick up a copy of the magazine, tear out the ballot, fill in your selections and mail it in. Then look for the winners in our special Best of Augusta issue in October. And stay tuned for details about the annual Best of Augusta Bash, also in October--it's the party of the year!
